CCPA

DX1 provides dealer management systems and other solutions to a variety of powersports dealers. As a service provider to those dealers, we only collect and use personal information of each dealer’s customers as authorized by the dealer in our written contract for the services provided. If you are a customer of one or more of our dealers and would like to exercise your privacy rights under the CCPA, please contact the dealership(s) with whom you have relationships. The dealership can verify your identify and assist you with processing your privacy request.
Do Not Track
Some browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that, when turned on, signals to websites and online services that you do not want to be tracked. Because there is not yet an accepted standard for how to respond to a DNT signal, we do not currently respond to DNT signals on our websites.

We have in place what we believe to be commercially reasonable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access of, maintain data security for and correctly use the personal information you have provided or that we otherwise collect through our services.
