Details regarding what is included with a Platinum Design:

- Personalize design with dealerships color scheme, fonts, manufacturer brands, content, images, and dealership information.
- Design will go through two approval processes – initial mock-up which is a snapshot image of the design you selected personalized with your dealerships information, and then the full website built in our development environment right before go live.
- Customization may be available upon review and will incur additional charges.
- Each Platinum Design comes packed with customized functionality. Any additional functionality you’d like added that does not come standard within the design already will incur additional charges.
Website Development Expedite Fee – The DX1 Website Team schedules all website go live dates based upon specific criteria, including but not limited to: dealer contract expiration date with current provider, next available go-live date in the development schedule, and alignment with DMS go-live date (platform dealers only). Once this information is discussed with our internal teams and a date is defined, if the dealership would like their go-live to be expedited, a $500 one-time expedite fee can be paid up front for the go-live date to be accelerated*. Once the DX1 contract is signed, setup fees and the expedite fee are paid, and the design questionnaire is received back (completed with no outstanding questions) the go-live date for the new website will be scheduled for 15 business days from that date.**
*If the dealership does not have access to, or control of, the website domain, DX1 is unable to guarantee go-live acceleration. The website will be completed by the date defined, but the domain will need to be obtained by the dealership, and then go-live will be scheduled once domain control is obtained.
**Additional items, outside of DX1 control, can delay the launch of a website. Including, but not limited to: delayed responsiveness from dealership contacts, delayed access to domain/dns information, delayed receipt of content or design elements needed from the dealership to complete the development, delayed go-live approval by dealership contacts, etc.
