There are three types of learning styles: auditory, visual, and kinesthetic. Of course, we tend to use a combination of all three but generally prefer one type strongly over the other two.
It’s for this very reason that we’re dedicated to bringing you a variety of information to help you get started on DX1. No matter your learning style, you can find something that fits you and the rest of your staff.
- Hear It: For the auditory learner, you need verbal instruction. For learners like you, the DX1 Training Center has a catalog of more than 100 self-paced courses on every area of the LaunchPad where you can listen to an experienced trainer walk you through functionality by role or by module.
- See It: Maybe you’re the type of learner that can read a manual, absorb it, and then do it. DX1’s Quick Start guides provide written documentation on a variety of topics to get you up and running. You can find these within the DX1 Training Center. Also, our on-screen help located directly in the LaunchPad provides you with concise, well-written FAQs to get the answers you need.
- Do It: Our onsite implementation specialists roll-up their sleeves and get your dealership staff started on DX1. After you’re up and running, the self-paced courses in DX1 Training Center (mentioned in #1 above) also feature hands-on exercises for you to complete.
